My name is Charles Tanko, and I am from the food basket of the nation – Benue State. I started as a kitchen assistant at The Place Restaurant and gradually worked my way up. I am now the head chef at Sky Fall Beach Lounge. I have also worked at Angle Villa Hotel, Lily Gate Hotel, and Café de Elyon.
